We deliver online courses with progress tracking and certificates. Consumer prices are shown including VAT, business prices (seats and school licences) excluding VAT; at checkout you always see the full amount.
Course access is personal and non-transferable. Individual purchases give access for an indefinite period to the purchased course, including interim updates of that course. You keep your login details confidential.
As a consumer you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory exception of article 6:230p sub g of the Dutch Civil Code applies (based on Directive 2011/83/EU): the right of withdrawal lapses when you expressly consent to immediate delivery and declare that you waive the cooling-off period. That is why we ask you to tick this at checkout: “I agree to immediate delivery and waive my right of withdrawal as soon as the course is available.” Without that consent we cannot deliver a course order immediately. We record your consent with date and text version.
Certificates are issued by name with a unique number and a public verification page. We may revoke a certificate in case of fraud, violation of exam integrity (such as having someone else take the exam) or issue based on incorrect data. A revoked certificate shows the status revoked on the verification page. Where reasonable we offer remediation first, such as retaking the exam.
Course material is protected by copyright. Use within your licence is allowed; copying, sharing outside the licence or reselling is not. Use inside your own learning environment is only possible through the separate SCORM licence.
We aim for good availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update course content; for AI topics that is precisely the point.
Our courses are carefully made information and training products. They are not legal advice and give no guarantee that your organisation complies with laws or regulations. A certificate is proof of completing a course, not a legally required document.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, except where the law does not allow that limitation. Mandatory consumer law always remains in force.
Please send complaints first to info@aiskillpass.nl; we respond within two working days. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are brought before the competent court in the Netherlands; for consumers the statutorily competent court applies.
We may change these terms. Orders in progress are governed by the terms at the time of ordering.
